Feast your eyes on these.  We have Lamb shabu-shabu in garlic chilly, ginseng Kim chi and caramelize tomato silly noodles.

 

Does anyway want recipes?  This is made in the memory of my heritage, a little Asian flavor with Italian twist to it.  It is looking delicious; it is making me hungry again.  It is 1am; can I still eat?  But if I eat, I can't go to sleep for another 3 hours.  Food.... or Sleep.... com'on... make a choice hong! 

 

 

I know I know... I am lazy tonight.  This is just a simple yaki-soba and caramelize tomato.  Oh well, I am lazy after making the pork rib stew.  But a lazy man is still eating well.  This is all made with in 10 mins.  Not bad for 10 mins in the kitchen ... but. Only took me 3 mins to gabble it up.

• Spaghetti in spicy tomato and anchovies

 

Only if I had some spring onion to sprinkle on top, that would be the ultimate!

My brother's swing.  Today, I heard his impact being too steep.  I work on his right hand grip by trying to strength his right hand grip.  Make sure both hands match.

 

 

My swing keys now are focus on my pre-shot waggle.

 

Setup to the ball, waggle back and forth on the inside path while swivel head towards the target.

 

Doing so even in short game!

I have been away from Ohio for the past few weeks.  I spend sometime at Naples to work on my game.  Now that I am here in Miami with Yule.  She is wanting to get marry.  But... but ... but... I really don't think I am ready for that type of commitment.  Maybe living together... or engage.... but marriage...

 

There is a lof on my mind lately... anyway... just want to leave a mark out here.

My latest swing key... is that I want to have my club, hand and arm swing away first.

 

I sometime move my body first then hand and arm.  When I do this right, I feel a little separation between my right upper arm and body.  I can hit a fade like no other.  This do help me with my pitching and chipping as well.  I think this maybe the key ...

 

 

Hello all, I have struggled with my short game for the last year or so.  I finally figured it out.  First about my swing, I have a very passsive hip action. When I get stuck, it's really my hip is still in the way and blocking my hand path.  This is also true to my pitching action. 

 

Result:  I have to start my hip turn before reaching the top of the swing. 

 

Drill:  Swing the club about halfway back, start the downswing with lower body without feeling completing the backswing.

 

Chipping wise, I have been mixing this two techniques together.  How stupid was I!  Anyway... Keep the club face square, straight back and thru and brush the turf.   

 

I have done a few with the swingsetter...  swing path is looking really good.  This is the picture.

 

By the way, this is me swing in my undie in my living room.  hee hee...
